Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Last week, I visited two liquor stores for Sogen and Takeba hiyaoroshi. Both stores were selling this sake so fast that I got caught up and bought it (...;).
I imagined that the sweetness that is typical of Aizan would be more pronounced, but it was not so.
I still need more training 😭.
I combined it with raw peanuts boiled in a pressure cooker and bitter melon stir-fry 🥜.

When I recently returned to Ishikawa Prefecture, I was at the liquor store Fujitasan, and I was torn between the Taniizumi I'm drinking today and Haneya's Aizan 🤔Sake no Wa, so I went with Taniizumi since I've had it before😇I still want to try Haneya 🥰.
