A little while ago, I went on a business trip to Tokyo and greeted our business partners.

The restaurant was called "Soba Kaiseki Tachiaigawa Yoshidaya," and there were many young customers there because Nandoka, an idol group called Snowman, had visited the restaurant.
What kind of gourmet report would you expect from an idol group? (^○^)
There was a lot going on, but we were offered a whole bottle of Shinsei Viridian Label 2022 to drink with a large group of people.
Sorry for ordering such an expensive drink, even though it was my treat... (^_^;)
It was easy to drink, with a well-balanced taste between the standard acidity and a slight sweetness.
I drank it easily. (^_^;)
As it was a soba kaiseki, we were served a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious.

I went to Izumo soba restaurant recently and drank some Oroku, but I was surprised that the price was higher than I expected. Viridian goes well with Kaiseki!

Yes, I looked at the menu and it was quite pricey. 😅
There are a lot of price hikes these days, but I was able to drink well on this precious occasion. (^o^;)
