This is the first time I have applied for IMADEYA's GUITO! I am very much looking forward to this project where I can enjoy challenging sake from breweries that do not usually distribute their products.
The first was a limited edition of Garakudai by Tenryohai Sake Brewery. It is the first sake to use 1401 yeast.
The characteristics of 1401 yeast are low acidity and high ginjo aroma, which makes it a light and dry sake.
It is the perfect yeast for the light and dry Garakudai.
This sake is also characterized by its low sweetness and lack of flamboyance, making it a refreshing sake.
This sake is also good as a food sake, and is recommended for people who like gorgeous fruity sake but would like to try a light and refreshing sake.
I am looking forward to next month's hanpunshu.
