When you twist the screw, you can see the cucumbers dancing around like a snow globe.
It was like a snow globe. ❄️
It has a gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of green apples, young melons, and pears, and a sweet aroma with a hint of koji (malted rice).
I was expecting a little more sweetness, but...
I enjoyed it with spicy eggplant with pepper and miso 😋.

I guess I got used to the delicate, fruity, dry taste as I drank it, and the next day I could even taste a hint of sweetness💕.
Speaking of dry... your post on Tenichi 🍜 red flour 🌶️1 dry also looked delicious 🤤.
