I've had a few Amego Tsuki, but this is the first time I've had this highly rated classic sake 😄.
The aroma is mild and slightly fruity, the mouthfeel is gentle due to the low alcohol content, the rice flavor and soft sweetness, and the natural sharpness on the finish gives it an overall elegant feel 😋.
It goes well with a variety of meals, from light Japanese to strong Chinese 🍶.
