Jointly developed with Motox, a trading company specializing in alcoholic beverages. The name "Ringo Pom Pom" is derived from the French word "pomme," meaning apple, which is translated into Japanese as "apple, apple, apple," a cute name. I thought it was low-alcohol and tasteless. I didn't think so, and didn't look at the alcohol content when I first sipped it, but to my surprise, the taste and aftertaste were very deep! The taste just disappears and it's so light that when I looked at the alcohol content, it was 7 degrees... I bought this sake because of the "high malic acid producing yeast", but I didn't expect it to be so mild. I prefer it to be a little more acidic. The sake is said to have a sake strength of -68, but I don't feel it has that much sweetness. It would be interesting to drink it cold.
