This is my first Hyakushun. I forgot to mention that this is a "14" Kyokai No.14 yeast.
It is quite good. At first you can taste the sweetness, but the sourness soon follows. It is 17% alcohol, but you don't feel the alcohol so strongly. It has a well-balanced taste, which I like.
