Saga's summer sake has been on the menu for a while now, and Nabesima-san is the one who has been drawing me into the sake swamp.
It's like a summer sake, but with a drier and shuffling taste. The shu-shu-shu feeling is similar to that of Nabeshima (onomatopoeia abounds).
By the way, I thought the "i" in shi on the label was a scratch, but it's a half-moon. It looks like summer!
