It's not often you find a yeast-free, sake yeast with a raw yeast yeast yeast!
It has a light sweetness and acidity.
It's easy to drink, with a lactic acidity, but also a sharp finish 😀.
I'm sure it would be great warmed up too!
I'm glad I got to try it because it's a limited production in the prefecture and I've been wanting to try it for a while now 😊.
