When I made my debut at a sake shop, the owner told me to drink good sake first so that I could understand the difference. Apparently it's a special order from the brewery and hard to come by. It used to be served in JAL's first class.
It's a Daiginjo, so I had it cold. When I poured it into a glass, it had a soft melon aroma. It is fruity but not cheap. It goes well with elegant Japanese cuisine. There is no miscellaneous taste, and it is so easy to drink that you can feel that it is a sake for beginners.
