ちゃんまやP
The one I've been waiting for 😘.
When I traveled to Noto Peninsula last year, a seller of Suzu ware said that Sogen's hiyaoroshi is the best sake in Japan, so I definitely wanted to buy some this year: ✌️
The moment you take a sip, you feel the sweetness, but the umami that spreads afterwards is accompanied by a unique richness and bitterness, somewhat like cocoa 🍫.
The aftertaste has a strong alcohol feeling and a stimulation that makes your tongue tingle, which may not be to everyone's taste buds, but I like it a lot because of its robust taste 😋.
I heard that they also have hiyaoroshi with different sake rice, so I would definitely buy it next time when I find it👍.
