In the mouth, there is a soft rice-derived sweetness, followed by the umami of rice. The nose is nigori, calpis, and slightly citrusy and fruity. The finish is sharp with a trace of acidity. The sense of being there is modest, and there is a slight bitterness from the muddy taste.
