For the second drink, I asked the owner for a recommendation on an out-of-prefecture sake✨.
When it came out, I asked him if it was Shizuoka, and he said it was Shimane. I asked him if it was Shizuoka and he said it was Shimane, which I completely misunderstood 💦.
This sake is from a sake brewery in Onsunzu-cho, Ota City.
This is embarrassing 😅 I went to Ota City in Shimane last fall to see it.

It has a dry taste with rice flavor, woody flavor, acidity, and punch.
It is truly dry.
