ロビンI bought some sake from Kamikai-san at the time of the brewery opening 🍶.
We only drove there to buy the sake that day so no tasting 😭.
I was so worried because I had decided to buy one bottle from each brewery to buy from other breweries as well 😊.
I decided to buy this one because it was a limited edition sake and because I like strong fizzy sake.
Finally the day of drinking at home!
I was told that the fermentation in the bottle was strong, so I opened it carefully and was right: ❗️
If I wasn't careful, it would have spilled out 🤣.
The taste is refreshing, with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness that I liked.
It was 500ml and it ran out quickly 😁.
