SAMURAIZ
This is my first post in a while.
Today, we have the Jungin "Ishigawamon" from Tedorigawa.
At Yoshida Kurau, both "Hyakumangoku no Shiro", which is a clear and slightly sweet sake, and "Ishigamon", which is a deliciously sweet sake, are available, and both are enjoyed with a sense of gas.
When the bottle is opened, the gas bursts out with a "pop. When you put your mouth close to the glass, you can smell the capsule aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a strong gas, followed by a thickened taste, which is exactly what the label describes when it says "pear. It is a pure sake, but the alcohol content is 15%. It is a delicious sake that you can't help but drink more and more of as you explore the flavors.
We enjoyed it with chilled tofu and Donki's "Do Onipon".
