Purchased at Yamada Sake Shop in Morioka City.
Due to the Wuhan pneumonia, the shop sells it every other day.
My wife loves it at Nabeshima, and we had a little celebration today.
It was the first time I saw a paper warning to open the bottle, but it was OK because it was chilled well. (⌒-⌒)
The aroma is modest. The sweetness, umami, and sourness are modest, but the balance makes it delicious! (^^)", which fills me with a sense of happiness.
Maybe that's the mysteriousness of sake.
The subtle bitterness and miscellaneous flavors are added to the sake, and when combined with the ingredients, the variations expand even further.
Oh, what a blessing.
I want to keep spreading the word about sake! (^^)
