Recently, Tetorigawa has been a perfect fit for the body and the palate. This time, we opened the first bottle of raw sake brewed with "Yamadanishiki × Gohyakumangoku".
It has a slight bubbly taste. The taste is interesting and clear, with a pleasant acidity lingering on the palate. It seems to be a good match with tempura dishes of spring vegetables with bitterness and sweetness.
This year, I thought that I would be a regular drinker of Tedorigawa throughout the season. Delicious ‼️
