I finally got my hands on that Tenbi I've been eyeing since it was first released!
All I could find was the so-called black Tenbi, but I'm happy enough to have bought it 😊.
The aroma is mild and muscat like.
It has a soft acidity and umami, and it's clean, slightly dry, and crisp!
