Special Honjozo unfiltered draft with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. It has a fresh aroma, taste, and a slight gassy sensation, which is typical of this season. Sagaminada's special honjozo nigori raw sake was also delicious, but this one is more refreshing and goes well with meals.
