We went to Okura Honke Ekima Enomise, but unfortunately it was closed 😢.
The sake level and acidity is shocking, surpassing Shiroku "Bali Acid" 😳 The label on the back says "extra".
The color is lemon 🍋 The aroma? Hard to describe the aroma. Not a very tasty aroma 😅.
The sweetness spreads to the top of the palate. Then a strong sourness kicks in. ❗️ and then the bitter taste. It's easy to drink with ice 🍶 I recommend it for hot summer 🍶❗️ but the aroma is too strong for my nose 🤭.
My wife says it might be good as a sorbet 🤗 I wish I could have had this at Ekima Enomise and asked the store owner about it.
I think my wife and I will drink it up after Mimuro Cedar 😋.
