This is the first time I have had Shinshu Maihime😎.
It smells like soda.
The salty pungency is followed by the soda, and finally the complexity of the taste.
The salty taste remains in the center of the tongue, while the soda taste and astringency flicker on the tip of the tongue 😚.
The pungent taste is unique 😁.
I took the time to taste it on the second day to see if there was any change and it was still a dry, salty soda 🤤.
