＜Powerful, sweet and bitter! <Mellow Sake
Following the previous Hourai Kame-no-o, this time we have another top brand, W, from the same Watanabe Shuzoten.
The aroma is alky, sweet, and bitter.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong bitter-sweet slight sourness. Then, sweet and bitter!
The acidity and bitterness are both present right to the end. It is very rich.
It is similar to the Hourai mentioned earlier. It is also very strong. But if you compare it finely, the bitterness is a little less, and the balance is better. Personally, I liked this one more.
It would be great with spicy meat dishes or Chinese food. It was delicious!
I liken her to the 90-year-old Sophie from "Howl's Moving Castle" in Ghibli. 90 years old, but with more strength and firmness than before the magic was cast on her. Her personality has become more positive, and she even looks prettier than before she aged.
