寅之助Kuroemon is quite my favorite. I like the fact that it's generally a minor sake but so far I haven't had any disappointments☺️This time it's a summer sake🌻.
The top aroma is like yogurt with a sour lactic acidity. The attack is soft and a little sweet, and the umami spreads slowly afterwards. Along with the umami, a green grass-like bitterness spreads. Overall, the mild sweetness and acidity make it easy to drink.
Even though it is a summer sake with a high alcohol content of 16 degrees Celsius, the acidity is effective and easy to drink, just like a summer sake! Great specs for sake lovers 🫠.
