Wandering around a liquor store looking for spring sake, I fell in love with the visual of the bottle and bought it!

I've had a lot of sweet sake that didn't suit my palate, but this one was delicious and easy to drink without being too sweet..! Good aroma right after opening the bottle: ❤︎
The sweetness of the taste gradually becomes more pronounced and the taste is more pronounced....
According to the official, it goes well with Strawberry Daifuku...I'll buy some next time..!

I found that spring tempura and sashimi were also recommended pairings, so I tried it with hand-rolled sushi sashimi on 4/20 and it went down a treat...
It goes very well with light and delicate sashimi such as sea bream, salmon, and shrimp, rather than strong fish such as amberjack and tuna....
I was too late in the season to find strawberry daifuku in my neighborhood... too bad!
