Takatsugu
The Akaban Omachi is a lucky one to come across at this time of year. This year, we also have a spring draft, so we can compare it with the other two.
The first sip has a gentle aroma that spreads, and the taste is full of flavor and sweetness. I couldn't help but say, "It's so good!
The first sip was cold, and as the temperature dropped a little, the umami flavor came to the forefront.
The freshness of the raw sake is good, but I can't get enough of "Akaban Omachi" at this time of year when it has been hi-iru (fired) and has settled down. It is delicious. ‼️
