MutsuhassenS-2 焼酎用酵母仕込み
おうどんパン
Mutsu Hassen is my wife! (Again...)
I'm always grateful to Mutsu Hassen for giving me a reason to get hooked on sake!
This time, they used the yeast for shochu in the challenge tank that came from the Hanpukai at Imanaya... I was relieved to hear that they are still swinging in a wonderful direction (quick words).
I'll have it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass!
The aroma is rather alcohole-like.
The taste is... a slight sweetness, followed by a moderate acidity, but not too much, and then it finishes nicely.
It's almost like water or lemon water... I think I'm going to drink too much of this!
It's delicious!
