For the record.
From the sweet aroma and soft mouthfeel, the sake has a very mild, yet sweet character that is in contrast to the aroma. Although there is some Yamadanishiki in this sake, I don't think there are many sake that can be made with Gohyakumangoku and have such a gorgeous sweet character.
