Kangiku no 39 has already become a year-end staple.
Today, I'll have the regular draft version first.
The aroma is apple-like, typical of Kangiku.
Compared to last year, the pineapple-like acidity is less pronounced.
The taste is very clean and sweet.
It has a full flavor, but it also maintains a sense of transparency, which is really great!
I am not sure if it is pineapple or not, but the tropical and fruity acidity finishes the taste refreshingly.
Not only delicious, but also very beautiful!
Personally, I might actually like last year's saké, but the quality of this year's saké is better than last year's, and you can tell that it is improving every year!
A great sake worthy of Kangiku's signature!
