I heard that they offer grilled fish as part of the set for a small drink. We started with a small bowl of kinpira (fried fish paste) and enjoyed it leisurely.
I had it with cold sake, but the flavor of the junmai sake and the bitterness and savory taste of the kibinago served afterward were irresistible. I couldn't resist having another glass.
The aroma is muted because it is cold sake, but the umami and acidity in the mouth increase one's appetite.
