The store is located next to the hall where explanations are given to visitors, and people from the Fukushima Prefecture Sake Brewers Association were there for a tour.
I saw it for sale at a local supermarket, so I chose the limited edition bottle, thinking it was a unique bottle from the brewery.
I've never tasted Hakutsuru Nishiki sake rice before.
The aroma is like muscat.
The taste is refreshing. The sweetness and umami of the rice spreads, but it quickly fades away. It is a taste you can keep drinking.
