When I was offered a tasting, the impact was amazing💦.
The first impression was that it had an amazing color!
When I tried it, it was so gentle and sweet and sour! And then, the unique taste of this ancient rice? I'm sure you'll agree with me that it's the best of both worlds.
I've heard that it's also good with soda or lukewarmed, so I'd like to try various ways!
Also, I looked up Ine-machi and found that it's a sake brewery in a boathouse.
It's a quaint area and a very nice place to live😊.

I had this last week and I have to say it was the most amazing drink I've ever had. I originally drank the regular Ine Mankais, but this color surprised me. But it was delicious. The other sake of Mukai Shuzo is also delicious, so please visit there(^^)

I'm sure the regular one is good too 🤤 I've become a fan at once and I want to try the other ones too 🛶🛶 I'll go there when the time is right
