The color is almost transparent.
The aroma has a slight sweetness.
In the mouth, there is a very slight carbonation, but once the crackling subsides, it is mellow and has no corners, as is typical of nama-zake.
There is a slight sourness and a hint of banana-like sweetness. As you savor it slowly, the umami gradually spreads.
The umami flavor is even more pronounced because it comes from a refreshingly light source.
It was a sake that allowed me to enjoy its umami.
