When they say "only released once a year in early December," I just can't resist getting a bottle!
It seems to have all the good points of Hakkaizan in it.
It's easy to drink and refreshing even though it's a pure sake - I have to be careful because the alcohol content is high. ⚠️
I'm looking forward to drinking it again tomorrow!
