Chilled. It has a dark mouthfeel typical of Yamahai, but the delicate and juicy melon-like aroma is wonderful! A light spiciness comes quickly to finish it off, but the juicy aroma is just delicious! Great with squid ear somen noodles and whale soup ponzu!
