Funabashi Night in August.
Business trip to the metropolitan area at this time of the year
Well, it was hot (~_~~;)
It was cool inside the restaurant, and the drinks went well, but
I even felt my life was in danger in a few minutes when I walked outside.
Well, this guy!
This was the recommended sake at this store.
The rice used was Todoroki early ripening (apparently).
It was probably a few days old when the bottle was opened, so it did not have the tingle or richness that I was expecting.
The rice flavor was good enough, but I would have liked to have tasted some of the rougher parts of the sake.
Still, I felt I was tasting rich lactic acid bacteria, and the astringent and bitter tastes came out casually in the latter half.
Overall, it is a muddy sake with moderate sweetness that can be drunk smoothly, but it is dangerous because of its high alcohol content❗️.
I would like to drink this at home ❣️

I have received this soma sake from a friend of mine a few years ago and it is my number 1 or 2 nigori sake. However, it is very hard to find 💦.
