I was attracted by the cute pink label and the sake rice called Gin-no-Iroha, which I had never tried before.
I was told that they use a yeast that does not produce any aroma so that the sake can be enjoyed with the taste of rice, and it is true that the aroma is almost imperceptible.
Hakurakusei from the same brewery is a refreshing sake, so I drank it with that image in mind, but the moment I put it in my mouth, the sweetness spread at once.
However, the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and the taste is very elegant. This is delicious.
It is better to drink it as a food sake when it is not too cold, because it becomes mellow and sweet when it is cooled down a little.
