This is Hoshizumi Junmai 19BY, which I bought as a souvenir on my trip to Nagoya last fall. I really wanted to buy a new sake for myself, but I was told that the new sake is only available in February, so I bought this old sake from the shelf as a souvenir for the store (since I knew they were holding an old sake event). I started with a cold sake. The first aroma was softly sweet like vanilla. In the mouth, it also has a soft and fluffy sweetness. I was surprised at the mild flavor, which I could not believe it was 19BY without a hint of hineyness. Next, we tried it warmed. It smells a bit dusty when heated 😅. I feel like I'm going to get lung problems if I drink it 😂. I could understand why the brewer recommended drinking it cold 😌. The fourth one is Hoshizumi's brewery, located about a 10 minute walk from Uedai station on the Meitetsu Kawa line. Currently, the brewery produces about 250 koku of sake. By the way, there is Gongenzan (Mt. Gongen) behind the brewery, which is the setting of Gongon Gitsune🦊.

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo. Maruichi Sake Brewery is such a tasteful building 😀. The Kanji Hoshisen is interesting and tasty because it uses an unusual yeast 😁.

Good morning bouken 🌞. Yes, I was a little worried during the earthquake 😌. By the way, I saw Hoshisen at the liquor store. I wanted to get a new sake 😅.
