▼ Postscript, April 27, 2021. It is about one month after I sealed it up. When I drank it after leaving it at room temperature, the sweetness came out and it changed to an angular feeling. When I warmed it up, the sourness came to the nose, the sweetness was emphasized, and the bitterness disappeared.
