When I see the name Aizan, I am the one who always picks it up.
I remember seeing this sake before, but the price was a bit high, so I gave up on it. This time, I wanted it so badly that I bought a 4-goupe bottle of another sake.
It is clear and colorless. There is no fancy aroma. It has a calm scent of rice. Now, the first sip to look forward to. Basically, it is the usual Hidakami, but it is a bit thicker.
Then comes the sweetness of Aizan. I think to myself, "This is Aizan, right? Then, the spiciness comes in the middle and the bitterness supports the sweetness.
I think it is an easy-to-understand sake with the sweetness of Aizan added to the usual Hitakami. The evaluation may be divided. It is neither sweet and juicy nor crisp and tight.
It is interesting for those who are interested in sake breweries and rice.
This was the one that changed my concept of "fish is good for Hidakami". It was a bottle that changed my concept of "fish for Hidakami".
