I had been looking for this sake for a long time, and now that it is available at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Suita, I bought it immediately.
I was most impressed by this season's new sake.
It has the perfect balance of all the flavors: the schwarziness, the sweetness and spiciness, the richness and cleanness.
A bottle costs in the mid 4,000 yen, but this is a must buy!
