I have another bottle of Yamanashi souvenir sake, but I'm opening this one over the weekend after getting through a tricky job 😋.
How does it feel to have a sake degree of -17?
The mouthfeel is definitely sweet. But it is different from the sweetness of Haruyingsutsuyu. It is not too sweet.
Furthermore, the acidity is quite noticeable 😆 Is the sweetness not noticeable due to the acidity? I am happy about this because I recently realized that I like acidity.
In general, I liked the taste!
I had it with sashimi, hijiki, and yakitori.
After I finish drinking this, I'll open a bottle of my favorite sake for the Bon vacation 😆.
