ジョナジョナ
Nagano Prefecture's first sake brewed by a female toji. Read as "Genbu" or "Shusen Kurano".
The aroma is a rice-like ginjo aroma. The main taste is light and juicy sweetness. The aftertaste disappears with a hint of sourness. The taste is truly worthy of the name "Genbu".
The rice is polished to daiginjo-grade, but it is still considered a ginjo. Does this mean that there is still more to come?
