When I was looking for a good sake for an online drinking party, I heard that there was a sake made by the master brewer of Kin-drop, so I went to the liquor store and bought it. We had it at room temperature, and because it is Yamahai, you can feel the tangy acidity in the mouth. After that, the robust taste that is typical of Ginpu spreads, and at the end, it disappears without leaving much behind. I see, this is certainly a sake to be drunk! I think this is a good sake that will not lose out to the rich flavor of the Matsumae pickles and Mizutaki sea urchin from Kajimaya in Niigata.

I'm a beginner and I've never had Yamahai or Ikatani, so I'd love to try them.

Thanks for the comment! I'm afraid I don't know much about it at all either, but just in case you're a beginner. It's good, but it's a bit quirky, and it's not as easy to drink as it is wild! I think it's a good experience, so if you have the chance, please do!
