I bought bonito because a block of bonito was on sale at the supermarket,
I bought a block of bonito, and paired it with a bottle of Kochi sake,
I remembered that they were also selling the back side of the fish, so I bought some sake on the same day.
After that, I searched for sake at Sake-no-Wasan,
I found it dry, dry and refreshing.
I grilled the whole surface in a frying pan, and seared the skin side with a gas burner to make it look like straw-roasted,

As you eat and drink it with bonito, the spiciness comes out a little and you can feel the ginjo flavor even though it's junmai (is this due to the bonito?). I enjoyed it.
I will enjoy it with Kochi sake again when I have a good bonito.
