I wanted to drink nigori sake, so I bought some at Mekada-san on my way home from work. I was concerned about the space in the fridge, but took the plunge and bought a bottle. It was delicious, not too sweet, with enough gas to knock the cork out of the bottle! The supernatant is dry and beautiful. You can taste the flavor of the rice when mixed with ori. I buy it every year.
