The color is cloudy. The standing aroma reminds me of makgeolli for a moment. In the mouth, there is a sense of gas, a sizzling rice sweetness and umami, and a slight bitterness at the end. Overall, the impression is refreshing.
When I paired it with a plump and tender sea bream sashimi, the light yet sweet and umami flavor of the sake brought out its moderate acidity and gave it a crisp taste that further increased its umami. It's so good 😍.
