Sake from Saitama
HANAHODAKE Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Sakare Musashi
This is a hard-to-find sake, Hanaoyokko. It used to be sold quietly at a local liquor store, but word has gradually spread that it is being sold, and even there it has become difficult to buy. I've had several bottles of Huayoukou, and I think it is more suited to drinking as a food sake than on its own, as it has a more subdued aroma than Houou Mita, less pineapple-like than Kameizumi CEL24, and a longer lingering bitter aftertaste.
Considering the price and difficulty of obtaining it, I think Hanayuup or Hououmida would be fine.
Degree of liking 8/10
