I was looking for a sake that was recommended to me at a restaurant where I used to drink, and it was delicious. I found it at Jutoku Sake Shop in Suita City and bought it.
The bottle was marked with a warning to be opened due to a bit of a dry spell, but I was able to open it without difficulty. The aroma was not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it tasted refreshing with a tangy, fermented taste. It is very easy to drink.
The taste of the bitter part is very tangy and nice. It went down my throat pleasantly.
It was delicious - there will be a repeat!
