まめこ
Sake from Aomori. It says it's dry, but it has a slight sourness and a brown sugar-like taste. It is easy to drink and delicious. I think it goes well with Japanese food and sashimi, but it can also be enjoyed on its own without snacks. As the label says, it tastes best at room temperature or slightly warmer than room temperature.
PS: I microwaved one cup for about 40 seconds (about 45 degrees?). The balance of sourness and refreshment was very good and tasty?
