I bought a bottle when I went camping in Chichibu.
Green apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and full, as is typical of Omachi.
Almost no acidity, with a lingering aftertaste of bitterness.
It has the dryness typical of Chichibu Nishiki, but it also has a somewhat "modern" taste.
Delicious!
